Tennis de table ou Ping-Pong….

C’est la même chose…Ce sport, d’origine britannique, est devenu un sport international. Son essor a été plus important en Chine d’où le nom de « Ping-Pong » qui vient du son de la balle sur la table. Les adeptes de ce sport s’appellent des « pongistes ».

Depuis 2019, la Municipalité de Bury dispose de 2 tables, 8 raquettes et de 50 balles. S’initier à cette activité est facile et amusant.

D’autres activités comme le badminton ou le billard peuvent être pratiquées dans la salle Victoria si un certain nombre de participants veulent s’inscrire en précisant leur adresse courriel et leurs numéros de téléphone.
